Dear Mr. José Marques, thank you for inviting Direct Group to quote for the LIVSEATING stand at INDEX Saudi Arabia 2026. We have studied your technical specification (CTE_Stand_Index_2026, v3) in detail, and this proposal responds point-by-point to your enquiry — scope, costs, services, schedule and terms. Everything below is engineered to deliver your black-and-white, backlit brand presence exactly as drawn.
A fully bespoke stand — designed, engineered and fabricated in our Riyadh workshop to the exact geometry, finishes and lighting schedule of specification v3 (15 July 2026).
A single vertical wall in jet black, carrying the LIVSEATING logotype in backlit PVC lettering. Secondary icons, logos and the “made in portugal” mark applied in printed vinyl, exactly per your attached artwork file.
A 2.00 m counter positioned against the brand wall, incorporating your material-sample display and two rear storage compartments — each with two internal shelves — plus a front display rail engineered for a minimum 20 kg load.
Freestanding plinths at three heights create a stepped landscape for your seating collections — every piece lifted, lit and visible from the three open aisles.
A powder-coated metal structure — two columns carrying a rectangular overhead frame at +3.00 m — hosting the lighting tracks above the collections, engineered to venue rigging and HSE regulations.
Sixteen adjustable LED track-mounted spotlights washing the plinths and stand area in neutral white, focused piece-by-piece with your team on handover evening. Backlighting to the main logo included.
Base colour jet black across walls, plinths and structure; pure-white branding for maximum contrast. Dark mottled grey carpet throughout — a physical reference sample is submitted for your approval before production.
Your own renders, from your technical file — this is the stand we are quoting and the stand we will hand over: the backlit wall, the floating black plinths, the overhead light grid.
A single all-inclusive figure for the complete stand — designed, built, dressed, lit and energized. One number, no itemized extras, no surprises on site.
One all-in price — the six cost centres of your enquiry (design, production, graphics, carpet, lighting, electrical connection) are covered in full. 15% Saudi VAT is added on top of the quoted amount under ZATCA regulations. Euro figures are indicative at 1 EUR ≈ 4.33 SAR — invoicing is issued in SAR. Quotation valid until 17 August 2026.
Your enquiry points 3 – 6, answered: yes to all — and already included in the total above. No hidden extras on site.
Our own crew erects the stand at RICEC and dismantles it after show close — supervised, insured and fully compliant with venue & organizer regulations. No third-party markup.
We handle the official power application, connection to the stand, distribution board and wiring — energizing the 16 spotlights and the backlit logo, tested and certified before handover.
Collection, storage and return of your empty crates and cartons during the three show days, coordinated with the venue's on-site logistics contractor.
A dedicated stand supervisor plus a standby technician throughout 15 – 17 September, on call for any lighting, electrical or finish issue within minutes.
Up to two revision rounds on the 3D design and artwork placement before production release — so what gets built is exactly what you signed off.
Joint walkthrough with your team on the evening of 14 September: spot-by-spot lighting focus on the collections, snag clearance, and keys to a show-ready stand.
The working schedule we would commit to — aligned to the official INDEX exhibitor manual timings once published by the organizer.
Order confirmation and kickoff call · 3D design with up to two revision rounds · carpet and finish samples approved · final artwork files received.
Steelwork, joinery, RAL 9005/9010 finishing and backlit signage fabrication in our Riyadh workshop — with pre-assembly, QC and photo updates to your team.
Delivery to the exhibition hall · structure and walls up · carpet laid · graphics applied · lighting installed, power connected and tested.
Joint walkthrough with your team, spot-by-spot focus on the collections as the chairs are placed, snag clearance — stand show-ready before doors open.
Stand supervisor present daily; standby technician on call throughout opening hours.
Dismantling from show close per venue schedule; graphics recycled, structure returned to our workshop, space handed back clear.
Due with your order confirmation — and in any case before production and on-site build-up begin. Releases design freeze, materials and workshop slot.
Due on the opening day of the show — 15 September 2026 — with the stand handed over, energized and show-ready.
Our crews design, build and operate stands at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center and Riyadh's major venues year-round. Hall regulations, contractor passes, HSE inductions and organizer deadlines are familiar territory — a portfolio of recent builds is available on request.
A Saudi events & production company headquartered in Riyadh and active across the Kingdom — custom exhibition builds, brand activations, corporate events and media production.
To answer your transport question directly: Direct Group does not provide international freight forwarding. Shipping your chairs from the Port of Leixões (Porto) to Riyadh — including sea/air freight, Saudi customs clearance and show-site handling — is therefore not included in this proposal and should be arranged separately.
Reply to this proposal by email with your acceptance — the quotation is open until 17 August 2026.
Signed quotation + Payment 1 (80%) — and we hold your design kickoff call within 48 hours.
Production updates through August, build-up 11–13 September, handover at RICEC on 14 September, 18:00.
